· Short term commitment by candidate type 3 – 12-month terms

· Attractive contingency based fees ranging from 15-20% of candidates set pay timeline (six    month, yearly, multi-year)

· Competitive cost structure for recruitment admin and launch fee

· Successful Candidate Placement Clause: Candidates in place for 90 days before JAW            Advisory fee is awarded
